"Amy provided VA services to Sorex Sensors Limited between December 2021 and October 2022.  Sorex Sensors is a small start-up company (typically on ~4 employees) based in Cambridge, but with operations in Warwick and Madrid.

 

During this time, Amy was responsible for running the day-to-day administration of the company. This included handling general company communications with both suppliers and clients, ensuring incoming invoices were properly handled, maintaining databases of company records and taking minutes of company meetings, including monthly Board Meetings.

 

I have been enormously impressed with Amy’s professionalism and efficiency. She communicates very effectively with staff to understand what is required from her role. For example, she worked with our Chair to understand how the company wished Board Meetings to be minuted in such away that members understood clearly what actions they were required to carry out and what decisions had been taken.  Amy handled delicate matters with sensitivity and discretion. The company records were always up to date in very good order. Also, Amy was always responsive to specific requests and really keen to be as helpful as possible.
